Delete Your Trainee Account

This page explains how to delete your Trainee account and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the app at any time:

Open the Trainee app and sign in
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account and data are removed immediately upon confirmation.

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@trainee.fitness from your registered number/email and we will delete your account within 7 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove: your profile (name, phone, city), fitness and health logs (weight, workouts, diet, water), workout and diet plans, chat messages, hire/subscription records, reviews, and (for trainers) your public profile, certifications and payout details.

What is retained

We may retain limited transaction records (payment/payout history) where required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, for up to the period required by law. This data is not used for any other purpose.
